These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winbdt ("winbdt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at winbdt.vu. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the winbdt platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and communications with support.

• You are not diagnosed as a problem gambler or currently enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion programme that covers online gaming platforms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

winbdt reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, upon deposit, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point deemed appropriate. Failure to satisfy verification requirements will result in the suspension of your account until verification is completed, or permanent closure if verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

To access real-money gaming and betting features on winbdt, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player: Each individual player may hold only one registered account with winbdt at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited.

• KYC verification: winbdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), a utility bill or bank statement showing your current address, and additional documents as reasonably requested. KYC completion is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• Account currency: All winbdt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

winbdt reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the decision.

winbdt accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• winbdt does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which winbdt accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your winbdt balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. In the case of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, this is typically near real-time. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank's processing times.
• winbdt reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• All funds deposited into your winbdt account must have a legitimate, lawful origin. The use of winbdt for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC requirement: Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. winbdt reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified methods at its discretion.

• Wagering requirement clearance: Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw before clearing an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Withdrawal fees: winbdt does not charge standard withdrawal processing fees. Your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which winbdt accepts no liability.

winbdt offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, subject to the following general terms. Specific bonuses may carry additional terms that supersede these general provisions where applicable:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any related winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds: Certain sports betting bonuses require wagers to be placed at minimum odds thresholds. Wagers placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering requirement clearance.

• Right to modify or withdraw: winbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a modification that materially changes the terms of an already-claimed bonus, affected players will be notified.

• Odds: All odds displayed on winbdt are quoted in decimal format in BDT. Odds are subject to change at any time before a wager is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed and confirmed at the exact moment the wager is accepted by the system.
• Bet acceptance: winbdt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets that were opened in error, bets placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, or bets that appear to be part of coordinated suspicious betting activity.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognised governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket). In the event of any dispute regarding the result, winbdt's decision, based on available official sources, is final.
• Match postponement and cancellation: If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before reaching a natural result, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play betting: Live in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of play (e.g., following wickets in cricket). Bets submitted during a market suspension will be queued and accepted or rejected upon resumption based on the odds prevailing at the time of acceptance.
• Maximum payout: winbdt applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at winbdt's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the winbdt platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors in odds or game logic, or any technical vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of co-ordinated fraudulent betting activity.
• Using the winbdt platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winbdt staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any winbdt system, server, database, or player account.

• Use the winbdt brand name, logo, or any other winbdt trademark in any manner without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any winbdt software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the winbdt platform on any third-party website without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of winbdt intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

winbdt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at winbdt.vu/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the winbdt platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winbdt uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. winbdt does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who process data on winbdt's behalf under strict confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbdt's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winbdt shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the winbdt platform due to technical failures, connectivity issues, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond winbdt's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or results displayed on the platform that were the result of a technical error, subject to winbdt's obligation to void affected wagers and return stakes.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits winbdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

winbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if winbdt reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are engaged in or are suspected of engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the platform.
• Continued operation of your account creates regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for winbdt.
• You have requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, winbdt reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawable balance pending investigation. Where account closure is for reasons other than breach — for example, at your own request — any verified withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
